So the whole year long you will find typical ingredients for South Tyrol on the plates: asparagus and fresh wild herbs in spring, berries and colourful vegetables in the summer months, mushrooms and pumpkin in the fall. Because seasonal cuisine is not only varied, but also really healthy!
